What does Isaiah 10:1 mean?

Isaiah speaks here to people in power who use their authority to harm rather than protect others. Those who write unfair laws and make unjust rulings are turning their privilege into weapons against the vulnerable. The "woe" isn't a curse so much as a warning, like someone saying "you're headed toward ruin if you keep this up." Whether we hold formal authority or simply have influence in our circles, this verse reminds us that how we treat people matters deeply, and that systems designed to hurt others will ultimately collapse under their own injustice.
