What does Genesis 7:5 mean?

Noah's obedience in the face of an overwhelming and bizarre task shows us what faith looks like in action. He didn't argue about building a massive ark or question why God would send a flood when there wasn't even rain in the sky yet, according to some interpretations of early Genesis. Instead, he simply did what he was told, even though it meant years of labor and likely ridicule from those around him. This verse reminds us that real trust in God often means following through on what we're called to do, even when we don't fully understand the bigger picture or when others doubt us.
