What does Genesis 49:11 mean?
This poetic blessing describes abundance so overflowing that even the donkeys are tied to grapevines, and wine is so plentiful it's used like water for washing clothes. Jacob is painting a picture of extraordinary prosperity and blessing for his son Judah, evoking a land fertile beyond measure where grapes literally hang heavy enough to stain garments.
