Genesis 26:24
“Yahweh appeared to him the same night, and said, “I am the God of Abraham your father. Don’t be afraid, for I am with you, and will bless you, and multiply your offspring for my servant Abraham’s sake.””
What does Genesis 26:24 mean?
Isaac had just moved to a new land during a famine, uncertain about his future, when God came to him with this reassurance. God reminded Isaac that he wasn't starting fresh or forgotten, but was part of a family legacy stretching back to Abraham, with promises that still held true.
