What does Genesis 13:4 mean?

Abram has returned to a sacred place where he'd already built an altar and encountered God before. By going back there and calling on God's name again, he's essentially saying "I need you again" and reconnecting with what he knows to be true about the Divine. There's something deeply human in this: we all have moments or places where we've felt closest to God, and sometimes we need to return to them. Whether that's a literal location, a memory, or a spiritual practice, returning to where we've met God before can refresh our faith and remind us that the God we encountered then is still present with us now.
