Ezekiel 7:8
“Now I will shortly pour out my wrath on you, and accomplish my anger against you, and will judge you according to your ways. I will bring on you all your abominations.”
What does Ezekiel 7:8 mean?
God is speaking through the prophet Ezekiel to a nation that has turned away from him, and he's announcing that consequences are coming. The "wrath" and "anger" here aren't random or cruel, but a response to their actions, which is why he says he'll judge them "according to your ways"—the harm they've caused will circle back to them.
