What does Ezekiel 37:28 mean?

When God's presence dwells permanently with His people, it becomes a witness to the whole world about who He is. This verse speaks to a future time when God's sanctuary (His holy place, representing His direct presence) will be established among Israel in a way that never again gets disrupted or taken away. The "nations" knowing that God sanctifies Israel means they will recognize that He has set this people apart as sacred and that He himself is the source of their wholeness and restoration. It's a promise that God's commitment to His people won't be hidden or temporary, but so real and enduring that it will ultimately testify to everyone about His faithfulness and power.
