Ezekiel 3:5

What does Ezekiel 3:5 mean?
God is reassuring Ezekiel that his calling, while difficult, won't require him to overcome a language barrier or cultural foreignness to be understood. He's being sent to his own people, the house of Israel, who share his language and traditions. This is meant as a comfort, not a limitation: Ezekiel won't have the added burden of translation or struggling to connect across unfamiliar customs.
