Ezekiel 13:7
“Haven’t you seen a false vision, and haven’t you spoken a lying divination, in that you say, ‘Yahweh says;’ but I have not spoken?””
What does Ezekiel 13:7 mean?
God is calling out prophets who claim to speak his word when they're actually making things up. These false prophets weren't receiving messages from God, yet they were confidently telling people "the Lord says..." and leading them astray.
