What does Exodus 9:5 mean?

God is making good on his promise to Pharaoh through Moses: tomorrow, a plague of livestock disease will strike Egypt. By announcing the exact timing in advance, the Lord gives Pharaoh one last chance to recognize that these aren't random disasters but deliberate acts by the God of Israel. There's both a warning and an invitation here, a final opportunity for the ruler to believe before the plague arrives. When tomorrow comes and the plague happens exactly as predicted, it becomes undeniable evidence of God's power and authority.
