What does Exodus 8:31 mean?

When Moses prayed for relief from the plague of flies that had devastated Egypt, God answered completely and immediately. Pharaoh had promised to let the Hebrew people go if the flies were removed, and God held him to that moment of desperation by doing exactly what Moses asked, down to the last insect. This verse shows us that God not only listens to prayer but sometimes acts with absolute thoroughness, leaving no trace of the problem behind. It's a reminder that when we bring our requests to God, we're talking to someone who has both the power and the willingness to respond, even when we're asking Him to change something that feels impossible.
