Exodus 7:2
“You shall speak all that I command you; and Aaron your brother shall speak to Pharaoh, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.”
What does Exodus 7:2 mean?
God is assuring Moses that he doesn't have to do this impossible task alone. Moses had just expressed deep doubt about his ability to speak persuasively to Pharaoh, so God responds by giving him Aaron as a spokesman and partner. The division of labor is clear: Moses will receive God's words and relay them to Aaron, and Aaron will be the one to deliver the message directly to Pharaoh. This arrangement acknowledges both Moses' limitations and his calling, showing that God meets us where we are by providing the help we need. Sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is accept support from others and trust that God can work through multiple people bringing their different strengths to a shared purpose.
