What does Exodus 40:37 mean?
The Israelites followed God's guidance through a visible cloud that filled their camp after the tabernacle was completed. When the cloud lifted, it was time to move to the next place; when it settled and stayed put, they stayed put too. This wasn't about them deciding when to travel based on their own plans or comfort, but about learning to trust God's timing completely, even when staying in one place felt inconvenient.
