What does Exodus 39:27 mean?

These were the everyday garments worn by the priests as they performed their temple duties. Fine linen was cool, practical for someone working in the heat near the altar, and its quality reflected the sacredness of the work they were doing. The careful craftsmanship described here (woven work) shows that even the seemingly ordinary parts of priestly dress mattered, because everything connected to worship of God was made with intentionality and care. It's a small detail that reveals how the Israelites understood their faith: that honoring God extended to the smallest, most everyday aspects of their lives.
