What does Exodus 38:22 mean?

Bezalel was the master craftsman chosen by God to oversee the construction of the tabernacle, the portable sanctuary where the Israelites worshiped. This verse captures something important about his legacy: he completed his enormous task by faithfully following God's detailed instructions through Moses, without cutting corners or inserting his own ideas. The careful mention of his lineage reminds us that God equips ordinary people from real families to do extraordinary work. There's something deeply encouraging here about how God notices when we use our talents and skills with integrity, simply doing what he's called us to do, even when the work is complex and demanding.
