Exodus 35:30
“Moses said to the children of Israel, “Behold, Yahweh has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah.”
What does Exodus 35:30 mean?
God had just given Moses detailed instructions for building the tabernacle, and now Moses announces that He's specifically chosen a man named Bezalel to lead the work. This wasn't Moses picking someone he thought was qualified, but God directly naming him for the job. What makes this beautiful is that Bezalel wasn't a priest or a judge or anyone with obvious authority, just a craftsman whose talents God recognized and wanted to use.
