Exodus 33:14
“He said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.””
What does Exodus 33:14 mean?
God speaks these words to Moses during a vulnerable moment, when the Israelites have just broken covenant by worshipping the golden calf. Moses has asked God not to send them forward without His presence, essentially saying that walking without God's guidance wouldn't be worth it.
