Exodus 26:25

What does Exodus 26:25 mean?
This verse is part of God's detailed instructions for building the tabernacle, the portable place of worship the Israelites carried through the wilderness. The passage is specifying how many wooden boards should form the tabernacle's back wall and how they should be secured with silver sockets (essentially metal bases that held the wooden planks upright and stable). The repetition and precision might seem tedious to modern readers, but it meant something important to ancient craftspeople: God cared about both the worship space and the careful, honest work that built it.
