What does Exodus 18:13 mean?

Moses had become the sole judge for all of Israel's disputes and decisions, standing at the center of every complaint and conflict from sunrise to sunset. This scene shows the weight of leadership he carried, handling countless cases without delegation or rest. His father-in-law Jethro witnessed this exhausting pattern and soon offered him wisdom about sharing the load, reminding us that even the most faithful leaders need help and can't do everything alone. Sometimes the picture of someone stretched to their limit is what makes us recognize we need to let others in.
