Exodus 14:15
“Yahweh said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Speak to the children of Israel, that they go forward.”
What does Exodus 14:15 mean?
When Moses sees the Egyptian army chasing the Israelites toward the sea, he panics and cries out to God for help. God's response might sound harsh, but it's actually redirecting Moses toward action: instead of staying frozen in prayer, he needs to lead the people forward with courage. Sometimes faith means moving our feet, not just our lips, even when the path ahead looks impossible. God was reminding Moses (and us) that trust isn't passive waiting, but active obedience even in uncertainty.
