What does Esther 9:4 mean?

Mordecai's influence and reputation kept expanding as he gained more power in the Persian court. This wasn't just about personal ambition, though, it marked a turning point where he could actually protect his people instead of living as a hidden minority. His growing prominence gave him the platform and authority to help the Jewish community face the threat they were under. Sometimes God works through ordinary people gaining influence in unexpected places, and their reputation becomes a channel through which others find safety and hope.
