Ephesians 2:6
“and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,”
What does Ephesians 2:6 mean?
Paul is describing something that's already happened to you spiritually, even though you might not feel it yet. When Jesus rose from the dead and ascended to heaven, believers were lifted up with him, given a seat of honor and authority in the heavenly realm. This doesn't mean your body is literally in heaven right now, but your deepest identity and standing before God are no longer bound by earthly limitations or shame. It's an invitation to recognize that you're already positioned with Christ in a place of security, acceptance, and purpose, which can completely reshape how you see yourself and your struggles.
