Deuteronomy 9:13
“Furthermore Yahweh spoke to me, saying, “I have seen this people, and behold, it is a stiff-necked people.”
What does Deuteronomy 9:13 mean?
God is describing the Israelites to Moses during a moment of deep disappointment.
