What does Deuteronomy 11:3 mean?
When Moses reminds the people of Israel about God's signs and works in Egypt, he's pointing them back to the ten plagues, the parting of the Red Sea, and all the miraculous events that freed them from slavery. These weren't just stories to remember, but evidence that God had proven his power and faithfulness in the most dramatic way possible. By recalling what God did to Pharaoh and his entire nation, Moses is essentially saying, "Look at what God accomplished for you, even when the odds seemed impossible." It's a call to trust that same God as they face their future, because they've already seen what he's capable of doing for those who belong to him.
