What does Daniel 2:13 mean?
King Nebuchadnezzar had demanded that his wise men interpret a dream he'd forgotten, threatening death to all of them if they failed. When no one could help, the order came down: execute every wise person in Babylon, including Daniel and his three Hebrew friends who were part of the royal court. This moment shows how quickly favor and position can evaporate when circumstances change. Daniel hadn't even been given a chance to help yet, but he was swept up in a death sentence alongside the others.
