What does Colossians 3:25 mean?
When we wrong others, there are real consequences that come back to us. God doesn't play favorites or look the other way for certain people, no matter their status or how well-connected they are. This principle applies equally to everyone—the wealthy and the poor, the powerful and the powerless—because God sees and cares about justice in the same way for all. This can be both sobering and comforting: sobering because we can't escape accountability, but comforting because it means the injustices we suffer won't be overlooked either. Whatever we sow through our actions, we'll eventually reap, and God isn't distracted by surface-level things like our appearance or influence when weighing what's fair and right.
