What does Acts 9:6 mean?

When Saul encounters the risen Jesus on the Damascus road, he's terrified and confused, asking what he should do. Jesus doesn't give him all the answers right then. Instead, he tells Saul to get up, go into the city, and wait for further instructions that will come through someone else. There's something deeply human in this response. Saul has to take a step forward in faith and obedience without seeing the whole picture, and he has to be willing to receive guidance from others rather than figuring everything out on his own. Sometimes that's how God works in our lives too—calling us to move forward when we can only see the next step, and asking us to trust people who can help us understand what comes next.
