What does Acts 8:28 mean?
An Ethiopian court official is traveling home by chariot when Philip encounters him. The man is reading Isaiah aloud, as was the common practice in that time, and he's clearly educated and spiritually curious. What makes this moment remarkable is that God has arranged for Philip to meet someone genuinely open to understanding scripture, someone who has the resources and leisure to seek truth.
