Acts 20:4

What does Acts 20:4 mean?
Paul was traveling back to Jerusalem, and this verse simply lists the friends and fellow believers who went with him on the journey. These weren't famous apostles, just faithful companions from different churches who had traveled with Paul and wanted to support him during this important trip. The fact that Luke bothers to name them tells us something beautiful: in the early church, ordinary believers mattered. Their loyalty and presence were worth remembering and recording, even if we know almost nothing else about most of them. It's a quiet reminder that God values the steadfast support of faithful people in our lives, not just the big names or public leaders.
