Acts 10:30

What does Acts 10:30 mean?
Cornelius is describing a divine encounter that changed everything for him. He's telling Peter about a vision he received while praying and fasting, when a heavenly messenger appeared to him with an important message. What strikes many readers is that Cornelius, a Roman military officer and non-Jew, was so devoted to prayer that he was fasting and seeking God seriously enough to receive a direct vision.
