What does 2 Timothy 3:10 mean?
Paul is reminding Timothy of the example he's set and asking him to hold onto it. He's not bragging here, but rather anchoring Timothy to something real and observable—the actual way Paul has lived, not just what he's taught in theory. Notice how Paul lists both the internal qualities (faith, patience, love) and the external evidence of them (his teaching, his conduct, his steadfast purpose). This matters especially because Timothy is facing pressure and doubt about his faith. Paul is saying, "You've seen how this actually works in a real person's life.
