Elisha is frustrated with Israel's king, who has gotten his nation into a desperate military situation without seeking God's guidance first. His sharp response, "What have I to do with you?" is Elisha's way of saying the king has no business coming to him now, since the king has been ignoring God's prophets all along. There's a sting of rebuke here: the king worships idols and consults false prophets, so why should he expect help from a true prophet of God?
