What does 2 Chronicles 32:1 mean?
When King Hezekiah had led Judah through genuine spiritual reforms—repairing the temple, calling people back to faith—an enormous threat arrived at the gates. The Assyrian king Sennacherib, one of the ancient world's most powerful rulers, marched his army into Judah with the intent to conquer and occupy the land's strongest cities.
