What does 1 Samuel 11:12 mean?
After Saul's military victory against the Ammonites, the people's confidence in him surged, and they wanted to execute anyone who had doubted his kingship. It's a very human moment, really: when someone proves themselves capable, supporters become fierce and want to silence the critics.
