What does 1 Kings 8:11 mean?

When Solomon dedicated the newly built temple, God's presence became so powerfully visible that it literally stopped the priests in their tracks. The cloud filling the building was an overwhelming manifestation of the divine, so tangible and intense that the people working there couldn't function normally. It's a beautiful picture of encountering something so real and so holy that everything else has to pause. For anyone who's felt God's presence in a moment of worship or prayer, there's something deeply moving about imagining that the glory was so complete that even the daily work of the temple had to stop and just... receive it.
